Publishing Reading Lists

Reading Lists are not visible to students until they are published. There are two steps in this process.

  1. Send to the library.
  2. Publish.

Send to the Library

When your reading list is complete, it needs to be sent to the library. This gives us the opportunity to make sure that all links are accessible from off campus and any physical material is placed on reserve. To send a list for library review, click Library Review.

As the librarians go through your list, the status of your citations will change from "sent" to "complete".

Before Publishing:

Before you publish your list, it is helpful to preview your list. Under EDIT, choose View list as a student to see the student view of your list.

Publish

To publish your list, simply click "Publish".

You will be prompted to choose who can view your list. Make your selection and click Confirm.

Your list is now published and is available to your students.
